What PyroApex covers

These are product workflows, not blanket legal guarantees. Operators remain responsible for confirming state, county, city, carrier, and tax requirements for their business.

Consumer fireworks classification

Built

PyroApex is designed for 1.4G consumer fireworks commerce. It is not a 1.3G display-fireworks, ATF explosives, or professional-display permitting system.

Age verification

Built

Storefront checkout collects date of birth where required and requires customers to confirm they are 18+ and that fireworks are legal in their jurisdiction before placing an order.

Resale certificates

Built

Wholesale customers can upload resale certificates for review. Operators can approve, reject, track expiry, and configure enforcement modes including block, grace period, and warn only.

Professional certification

Built

Products that require professional credentials can be gated so high-volume 1.4G+ purchases require an approved certification before checkout.

Hazmat shipping

Built

Firework Shipping integration supports fireworks-aware carrier routing, warehouse-aware fulfillment, and freight pallet density math for LTL workflows.

Sales tax

Built

Checkout calculates and stores tax lines by jurisdiction. Operators can configure rates directly or sync Streamlined Sales Tax data for supported states.

State-by-state rules

Roadmap

State compliance hubs are planned. Today, storefront FAQ and legal pages can link customers to public state-law resources while operators confirm local rules.

Privacy and cookies

Built

PyroApex ships public Terms, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy pages, including cookie consent, CCPA/CPRA privacy-rights language, and storefront legal-copy settings. GDPR-specific positioning should be reviewed before selling outside the United States.

SMS marketing

We deliberately avoid SMS marketing for fireworks.

Major messaging carriers prohibit or heavily restrict fireworks-related SMS campaigns. PyroApex does not present SMS marketing as a supported channel because selling that feature would put operators at risk of campaign rejection, deliverability failure, or account action.

Related policies

Public policies are linked directly so customers, wholesale buyers, and auditors can find the operational terms behind storefront workflows.
