Counter sales that share inventory with online orders.

PyroApex POS gives cashiers a fast in-store ring-up flow with barcode scanning, real-time stock deduction, cashier sessions, end-of-day reporting, and links across locations.

Built

Scan barcodes, build the cart, collect payment, and deduct stock in one counter workflow.

Cashier sessions and end-of-day reports give managers a clear closeout trail.

Inventory stays aligned with storefront orders and intercompany movement between locations.

How it works

Designed for busy fireworks counters.

Fireworks counters need speed, but they also need control. A cashier may be scanning cakes, assortments, novelties, or case goods while the same SKUs are being counted for online pickup or moved between locations. PyroApex POS keeps the ring-up workflow close to the inventory ledger so staff can sell quickly without creating another reconciliation project after close.

The register flow supports barcode scanning, manual search, cart adjustments, stock movement, cashier sessions, and clear closeout reporting. Managers can see what happened during a shift instead of trying to piece together drawer totals, spreadsheet edits, and inventory corrections from multiple systems. The goal is a counter tool that cashiers can learn quickly and operators can audit later.

Because POS shares the same product and stock foundation as the storefront, the business does not have to choose between online accuracy and counter speed. Intercompany order links help locations coordinate movement, while end-of-day reports give owners a practical view of sales, payment totals, and exceptions before the next rush begins.

Barcode-first ring-up

Reusable scanner support keeps common counter actions fast while still allowing search and manual cart correction.

Live stock deduction

Completed counter sales create stock movements so storefront availability and warehouse counts stay closer to reality.

Cashier sessions

Open, active, close, variance, and summary views give managers a cleaner trail for drawer and shift review.

Location links

Intercompany order links support stock coordination when multiple stores or tents need to move product between locations.

Operator comparison

PyroApex vs. generic platforms.

Generic commerce tools start from other industries. PyroApex starts from fireworks operations.

Area
PyroApex
Generic platform
Product fit
Built for fireworks counter sales, barcode scanning, cashier sessions, and inventory deduction against the same catalog used online.
Square POS is not designed around fireworks restrictions and does not give operators a fireworks-specific commerce foundation.
Online sync
Counter sales and storefront availability share stock movement logic instead of being reconciled after the rush.
RMH POS can handle legacy retail workflows, but it does not provide a modern online storefront tied to the same customer experience.
Operations
End-of-day reporting, intercompany links, and inventory trails are part of the same operating system.
Standalone POS tools such as Pomodo require extra ecommerce, inventory, and reporting bridges for the full workflow.
